Enjoy an unforgettable walking tour through the narrow alleys, sweeping squares, and breathtaking historical sights and monuments of Prague’s Old and New Town. At the beginning of the tour we guide you through the charming back roads and alleyways of Prague Old Town and see some of the city’s gorgeous sculptures and monuments. From here we continue our way to Wenceslas Square, the flashpoint of the country’s battle against Communism and Fascism in the 20th century.
After discovering the area where Mozart first dazzled Europe with Don Giovanni you will see Charles University, one of the oldest and greatest universities in Europe, founded in 1348!
While walking through the Old Town Square you will discover fairy tale like churches and architectural gems, and of course one of Prague’s must see sights: the world famous Astronomical Clock. For refreshment we stop by a café and invite you for a cup of coffee or tea, or a glass of refreshing Czech beer. Next in the old Jewish Quarter of Prague, you will get to know more about the tragic and amazing history of the Jewish people during their 12 centuries in the city. Learn the stories of mystical rabbis, the powerful Golem of the Jewish ghetto, and admire the oldest synagogue and cemetery of Prague.
Tour ends with two of the city’s most popular sights, namely a spectacular riverside view and historical account of Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge.
